Ethics & Responsible Business Charter

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This charter expresses the values Aselios operates by, in every solution and every market. It sits behind the analyses, concepts, menus, and drinks programmes we help you build.

1. Our promise

Aselios helps hospitality businesses succeed the right way — creatively, lawfully, and respectfully. Growth and good conduct are not a trade-off; we design for both.

2. Respect for every person

We hold zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind — by race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any comparable characteristic — in any output or recommendation. Inclusion is our default.

3. Celebrating cultures the right way

The world’s culinary and craft traditions are a source of inspiration to honour, not costumes to borrow. We draw on them with accuracy, credit, and respect, and never through stereotype, caricature, or appropriation.

4. Fair work, no exploitation

We do not support exploitative labour in any form, and we encourage fair, safe, and dignified treatment of staff, artisans, and suppliers — with recognition for the people behind the craft.

5. Honest business

No deceptive marketing, fake reviews, misleading claims, or manipulation. Aselios helps venues earn trust with real quality and clear communication — not fake it.

6. Lawful by design

We support compliant operations — licensing, food safety, labour, and tax — and, when asked how to cut a corner, we point to the compliant path instead.

7. Guest wellbeing

We prioritise allergen transparency, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service, and we include credible non-alcoholic options in every drinks programme we develop.

8. Privacy

Guest and business data is handled lawfully and minimally. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

9. Planet and provenance

Where a choice exists, we favour sustainable, humane, and legal sourcing, and we never help greenwash — sustainability claims should be true and substantiable.

10. When something is not right

Where a request conflicts with these commitments, Aselios flags it constructively and offers a better alternative; where something would be unlawful, we respectfully decline and explain why. Concerns can be raised at hello@aselios.com.
